Shrink Your Document

No matter how hard you try, sometimes it seems impossible to get the last couple of sentences to fit on a single page. Stop experimenting with font sizes and try this.

From the File menu, select Print Preview. Then click on the Shrink to Fit button.

This will shrink your document by adjusting the font size to include the extra text. Now you can print your document on one page!
